No matter what neighborhood or suburb you visit in Columbus, you’re likely to find plenty of construction right now. New apartment buildings, offices and always plenty of highway construction.

In this new installment of our Construction Roundup series we take a look at some of the major projects under construction throughout Downtown Columbus, The Arena District, the Discovery District, Franklinton, The Scioto Peninsula, Grandview Heights and Grandview Yard.

New buildings rise at “The Peninsula” a 26-acre development on the Scioto Peninsula next to COSI.

The first couple of buildings are nearing completion at Grandview Crossing, a 55-acre mixed-use development near the intersection of Grandview Avenue and Route 33.
