He was born on April 26, 1930, in Mount Airy, N.C., the son of Paul D. (Pete) Webster and Edith Gilbert Webster. He is preceded in loss of life by both his parents and a twin brother, William Phil Webster.
He is survived by his wife of 64 decades, Betty Jean Webster daughters, Julie S. Webster and Elizabeth M. (Marcie) Webster grandchildren, James Paul Webster Garrett and Alexandra Nicole Garrett and two excellent-grandchildren.
Paul and Jean fulfilled at NC Baptist Healthcare facility in Winston Salem, N.C., where Jean was head nurse on the surgical ground. Shirley I. Fat, 88, of Loup Town, Neb. died Thursday, Aug. 26, 2021 at the Central Nebraska Veterans House in Kearney.

Shirley was born March 26, 1933 at Ansley, the daughter of Clarence W. and Rose Irene (Burnett) Rowedder.

She attended university in Ansley, graduating with normal teaching from Mason Metropolis Large College in 1950. She then taught region university at Moody Valley, Sunny Slope, Cumro and South Satisfied Hollow in Custer County.

She married Samuel Jacob Plumb in Aug. 1954. He died Jan. 3, 1955 of a war-relevant personal injury. She then taught at Snake Operate and Lillian Districts close to Damaged Bow and also taught at Tufford District in close proximity to Ansley.

All through these several years, she attended Kearney Condition Academics Higher education, graduating with her bachelor’s diploma in Elementary Education in the Spring of 1963.
