MANSFIELD – Born Harold Robert “Bob” Herriott, 92, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at his house with his daughters by his side. The family members will have an open up residence at his residence in Mansfield on Monday, June 28, 2021, from 6-8 .pm. Casual dress and dress in your favourite hat. Born on March 26, 1929, in Champaign County to Harold and Gretchen Herriott. He married Joyce Herriott on June 25, 1950, and begun an “all-lady” relatives as he set it. He married Virginia (Bird) Dawkins on Feb. 12, 1989. She preceded him in dying March 22, 2018. He was also preceded in death by his dad and mom and brother Invoice.

He is survived by his daughters: Jan (Randall) Allen, Homer, Sue Herriott (Jerry) Hinshaw, Hudson and their children: Hanna (Matt) Moody, Orin Allen, Lauren (Jonathon) Mosley, Anna (Tyler) Lyons, Lena (Alex) Head, and Cade Hinshaw fantastic grandchildren: Kimber, Calen, Camden, Tessa. He is also survived by stage children: Dee (Mark) Slack, Duane (Gaye) Dawkins, Rick (Lori) Dawkins, Diane (Tom) Williams 10 move-grandchildren: Ben (Betsy) Williams, Luke (Shannon) Williams, Emily (Noah) Schrader, Michael Culbertson, Clayton (Gina) Dawkins, Zeb (Ashleigh) Dawkins, Zac (Angelina) Dawkins, Zara (Steve) Dawkins, Ginny (Matt) Williams, Thomas (Paige) Williams 16 phase-fantastic-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Obituary: Elizabeth Brooks Hamlin (6/17/21)

Elizabeth Brooks Hamlin, 88 of Henry, Tenn., died Monday, June 14, 2021. She attended Springville, Atkins-Porter, and Grove colleges in Henry County, graduating from Grove in 1949. Elizabeth commenced working at Business Bank in advance of marriage, and afterwards as a civilian, she worked for the USAF for 25 yrs. She retired in 1988 from the Blytheville Air Pressure Base in Arkansas as the base recommendation program manager and moved back to Henry County in 1991. On retirement, she used various hrs researching the Hamlin genealogy and place with each other a reserve that covers numerous generations. It was said of Elizabeth that she expressed herself very best in ink, as she was a prolific author and the creator of several poems. She was a member of Mansfield Baptist Church. She was also a member of the BAFB Toastmaster’s Club, the Henry Bunn’s Club and served as County Vice President of FCE County Council. She was lively in spouse and children, community, and education and learning clubs. Elizabeth liked gospel tunes and dreamed of possessing musical expertise, even though, if you sat by her in church, you knew she did. She stuffed her house with music, appreciate, online games and a good deal of laughter.

Elizabeth was born Aug. 31, 1932, in Henry County, Tenn., to the late Hiram Cecil Brooks and the late Allene Kilpatrick Brooks. She was married Aug. 22, 1953, to Joel W. Hamlin, who preceded her in death on March 1, 2012.

Sally Moody Obituary (1930 – 2021) – Kittanning, PA

Sally Lee (Hileman) Moody, 90, passed absent on Monday, May perhaps 17, 2021, in her Applewold home.

She was born Nov. 2, 1930 in Ford Metropolis, Pa., to Harold Rosenberry Hileman and Margaret Elizabeth (Shriver) Hileman.

She was elevated in Dogtown, was a proud Duck Cheerleader, and was topped Pass up Armstrong County.

She graduated from Ford City Substantial School in 1947 and then attended nursing school for a quick time.

She remaining nursing school because she was lovesick.

She and her higher faculty sweetheart, Bob Moody, eloped to Winchester, Va., in which they were being, most fittingly, married by Rev. Clark, a Baptist minister.

That marriage lasted 61 years right until the time of his demise.

Bob and Sally had 5 daughters: Sally, Robin, Dana, Melissa and Michelene. They later adopted and elevated a grandson, Christopher.

Sally was a devout Christian and a member of the Initially Baptist Church in Kittanning.

She cherished God, understood her bible from front to again, and served her church spouse and children by teaching Sunday University for far more than 60 decades.

Sally led many committees and sent many cards to church members.

She valued group support and served as president of the Applewold Borough Council, president of the Armstrong County Community Action Board, and as a committeewoman of the Armstrong County Democratic Get together.

Sally was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Fort Hand Chapter.

WELLS – Peter Bourne Moody passed away peacefully surrounded by family members on June 13, 2021 at 6:49 p.m. He was born June 21, 1933 to Wesley Kenneth Moody and Doris Bourne Moody, and was the older twin of Hope Moody Shelley of Wells.

Peter grew up in Wells, Maine and often lived on Post Road, first at his parents’ residence then developing his have property a handful of heaps absent in 1958 wherever he lived until eventually his passing.
